Shipping Policy

Bulk firewood: Perth Metro truck delivery (up to 3T per delivery). Charge per delivery by zone, shown at checkout after entering suburb/postcode. Bagged goods (20kg), kindling and accessories can ship via Standard courier Australia-wide — charge calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. For damage, shortage or quality issues, email info@exoticfirewoodaustralia.com within 48 hours with order number and photos. Bulky tipped firewood cannot be returned for change-of-mind. Courier items may be returned in original condition within 7 days (return shipping at customer cost) unless faulty.

Refunds for faulty goods will be processed to the original payment method.
