By ordering from Exotic Firewood Australia (info@exoticfirewoodaustralia.com) you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing

• Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Delivery/courier charges are additional and calculated at checkout by suburb/postcode.
• Bulk firewood is sold by weight (tonne) with loader scales. Cubic metre is approximate only.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse orders.

Payment

Online: credit card at checkout. Phone/EFT: payment must be received before unloading. No cash on delivery for bulk, no cheques.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates (Perth bulk 1–3 days normally, 2–5 days peak). Access must be safe; driver discretion for tipping location. If Auto Tipper is required for narrow access (≈1.9m wide), it must be requested at ordering.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of firewood (bulky natural product), change-of-mind returns are not accepted once tipped. If product is faulty or short-delivered, contact us promptly with photos/order number for resolution.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
