Shipping Policy

Bulk firewood — Perth metro truck delivery

• Where we deliver: Perth metropolitan area, broadly within 150 km of our Baldivis yard. Outside that line? Email us — we regularly help neighbouring towns where the run works.
• Charge: $89 per delivery for any load up to 3 tonnes, one tip point per delivery. Loads over 3 tonnes may attract an extra delivery charge, confirmed with you before dispatch.
• Handling time: orders are scheduled Monday–Saturday from 7am, typically 1–3 business days after payment clears (2–5 days at peak winter). Morning or afternoon preferences can be added in order notes.
• How we tip: loads are tipped onto a driveway or safe, accessible spot. Narrow, steep or slippery access may mean the nature strip or bottom of driveway — the driver’s call for safety.
• Tight access: 1.9 m-wide auto-tipper trucks (2 m clearance, up to 2 tonnes) are available at no extra charge — request one in order notes.
• Weather: we deliver in most rain; unsafe access means a reschedule or a safe-spot drop, whichever you prefer.

Yard pickup — free

• Free collection from our Baldivis yard, 7 days during trading hours.
• Bulk loads scooped into your trailer or ute; bagged products hand-loaded.
• The exact yard address and your pickup slot arrive with the order confirmation.

Bagged firewood & accessories — Australia-wide courier

• Perth metro: $12.95 flat per order.
• Regional WA & interstate: $14.95 flat per order, tracked door-to-door.
• Eligible items: 20 kg firewood sacks, 10 kg kindling, fire-lighting products, gloves and small accessories. Large racks and fire pits travel at the same flat rate where the courier accepts the carton; oversized items are quoted at checkout.
• Handling time: dispatch within 1 business day; transit 1–5 days depending on destination.
• Tracking: courier consignment numbers are emailed as soon as labels are booked.

Order processing & confirmation

• Every order receives an email confirmation; bank-transfer orders are scheduled once payment arrives, cash-on-delivery orders straight away.
• Delivery and pickup details (address, slot, yard location) are restated in that confirmation.
• Kept wrong address? If a delivery fails because the address supplied was incorrect, a redelivery fee equal to the original zone charge applies.
